Your freight is going to be late. If you live in the USA, you should know that truck capacity is incredibly tight. Everything is more expensive, thanks to the ol’ supply and demand. Guaranteed services have been suspended. When the pandemic started a lot of older drivers assessed their retirement options and decided to peace out. Those left behind are getting sick and/or dying. I’ve encountered three different freight terminals so far that had to shut down for a two week deep clean. People are at home so they are ordering more stuff on the internet. It is all going on trucks. If anything is going on a plane, know that flights are being delayed or cancelled. There is a pandemic going on. That is why your freight is going to be late.
